We work closely with our employees to create a Never Finished culture that keeps everyone invested in the agency and excited to come to work every day.
We connect as people, not just co-workers.
Deeper recognition of our humanity encourages an inclusive and inspiring workplace.
Culture & Inclusion
To create an inclusive environment, we host initiatives and events to expand perspectives, improve office culture, and help everyone create better work.
Intramurals
Each season, we offer a chance for employees to show their competitive spirit whether it’s on the field, court, or beach.

Stump's Soundwaves
Our agency musicologist, Stump Mahoney, sends an email every Friday to highlight artists via articles, new songs, and their videos as well as shows that are happening in the Chicagoland area for the week. Artists are also brought into the agency for small intimate showcases, all in the spirit of sharing what is new and relevant in the music scene.
We let outside creativity inspire inside creativity.
We encourage an entrepreneurial spirit, inviting our employees to show off their side hustle.
Makers Market
Got a money-making hobby? Don’t hide it, show it off. Grab a booth at our in-house events. Plus, if you join our incubator, we’ll help turn your hobby into a business.
456 Open Studio
If you’re interested in creating, our studio space offers free rentals for whatever project inspires you.
We want better citizens, not just better employees.
We believe in doing well by doing good, and offer employees opportunities to use their time and talents to help the community.
Civic Engagement Practice
We partner creatively with civic and cultural organizations to support and improve the city in which we work, live, and play.
Off The Street Club
FCB was the first agency to support Off The Street Club over 100 years ago and our commitment continues today. We have year-round fundraising initiatives both internal and directly with the club and other agencies in the city. We're proud to partner with this organization that benefits thousands of amazing kids in one of Chicago’s most dangerous neighborhoods.
Coffee Bar Charity
Not only do we provide our employees with an in-agency coffee bar, but every item is a dollar, and 100% of the funds go toward the local featured charity of the month.
We keep communication as open as our floor plan
Because sharing the same vision for the agency begins with sharing information, we make space and time for it.
Town Hall
Rather than a traditional year-end party, we hold our celebration and year-in-review in January to avoid the busy holiday season and start off the new year on the right foot.
Live from Lasker with Kelly & Andres
Our leadership team encourages an open-door policy. Not only do they work in our open-office space (not behind closed doors), they also communicate regularly with monthly updates and happy hours.
